Responsible for the delivery of a major programme of process and system improvements, focused around the core ERP system, for the Rail division of a FTSE100 infrastructure organisation.

Established the programme Board and governance arrangements. Set up programme team including project managers, project support and business analyst.

Completed stakeholder engagement, communications, implementation plan and reporting, including Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies. Implemented major upgrade to out of support ERP system on time and with no support issues. Requested by another division to upgrade their system and this was successfully completed too.
