Martin Taylor – Lead Consultant

He has significant experience delivering successful change in several different sectors, including Aerospace & Defence, Construction, Engineering Consultancy, Financial Services, Police, Local Government and Healthcare.  He has developed the Change Routemap, which has been used in many major business changes, with the focus on IT-enabled change linked to overall organisational strategy.

Martin has a Masters degree in Managing Change, and is a Chartered IT Professional. His background is in finance and financial systems implementations and he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Other professional memberships include the Association for Project Management and the British Computer Society.

Martin initiated the original idea for a group focussed on Change and is currently chair of the Enabling Change specific interest group of the Association for Project Management.

Christine Taylor – Director

With significant commercial experience in purchasing and contracts and running her own business, Christine provides marketing and administrative support in the role of Company Secretary.

Chris Dunn – Consultant (Associate)

Chris has extensive ICT knowledge, strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative style and is PRINCE2 and ITIL accredited. Chris has implemented successful change across Healthcare, Local Government, Police, MOD and many private sector organisations.

Judith Cole – Consultant (Associate)

Judith has significant IT experience including software training (bespoke and desktop), course design, bespoke database development and the writing of systems manuals and reports.


Relationships exist with several change managers whom are deployed as and when required, depending on the nature and scale of the organisational change.
